5. Preparation of karyotype and its cytogenetic applications
6. Structural abnormalities of chromosomes, mechanisms of appearance and importance diseases of human
7. Numerical chromosome abnormalities, mechanisms of appearance and importance diseases of human
8. Relationship between chromosome abnormalities and gene-related diseases (lack of gonadal development, hermaphroditism)
9. Environmental factors and chromosomes
10. Chromosomal fracture syndromes with recessive inheritance (fanconi, bloom) exchange of sibling pieces
